Qualifications
- MISSOURI REGISTERED NURSES LICENSURE REQUIRED.
- Strong Leadership and Supervisory Skills.
- Unencumbered RN license in MO with DON/ADON experience.
- Rehabilitation Focus, Wound Care, Medicare A&B knowledge.
- Experience with MDS/Care Plans and regulatory compliance.
- Ability to motivate and mentor staff; HIPAA familiarity.
Responsibilities
- Oversee nursing department staff management and patient care.
- Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to create individualized care plans.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of nursing staff.
- Ensure adherence to resident rights and HIPAA compliance.
- Provide leadership to promote a positive work environment.
