Aspire Senior Living Pleasant Hill is seeking an experienced Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to join our leadership team. The RN will collaborate with the Director of Nursing to guide clinical operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and deliver resident-centered care.

This role oversees infection prevention and wound care programs, mentors nursing staff, conducts performance evaluations, and supports staffing, training, and quality initiatives across the community.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in Missouri.
• 3–5 years clinical nursing with leadership preferred.
• Experience with infection prevention, wound care, and long-term care regulations.
• BSN preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor nursing staff in collaboration with the DON.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, scheduling, and supervision of nurses.
• Oversee infection prevention, wound care, and regulatory compliance.
• Conduct performance evaluations and coaching as appropriate.
• Ensure high-quality, resident-centered care and clinical outcomes.
