Aspire Senior Living Pleasant Hill is seeking an experienced Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to lead nursing operations and clinical programs. You will work with the Director of Nursing to ensure high-quality, resident-centered care and regulatory compliance in a long-term care setting.

You will oversee infection prevention, wound care, staff development, and QA activities while mentoring nursing staff and ensuring readiness for regulatory surveys.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in Missouri required.
• 3–5 years of clinical nursing leadership experience preferred.
• Experience with infection prevention, wound care, and regulatory compliance.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Provide clinical leadership alongside the DON to guide nursing staff.
• Oversee infection prevention and wound care programs.
• Recruit, hire, onboard, and supervise nursing personnel.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and prepare for surveys.
