Qualifications

• Maintains patient privacy and confidentiality in behavioral health settings.
• Communicates effectively with the care team and patients to support safety and comfort.

Responsibilities

• Obtain vital signs, height, weight, and document in charts.
• Assist with patient orientation and rights; escort and guide patients.
• Assist with lab specimen collection and transport; prepare for testing.
• Support nursing staff by observing, recording patient status, and reporting changes.
• Assist with patient hygiene, meals, and activities of daily living.
