Altria is seeking an Adobe Product Owner (Finance) in Richmond, VA, or with remote options. You will advance marketing technology capabilities through precise data capture, robust reporting, and test-and-learn initiatives to improve customer experience.

The role focuses on CJA and Adobe Target, with involvement in AEP and data lake integration. Requires 6+ years of Adobe Analytics/CJA and Target experience and a relevant Bachelor's degree.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, marketing, or related field.
• 6+ years' hands-on experience with Adobe Analytics/CJA and Adobe Target.
• Experience with AEP integration and data collection.
• Knowledge of SQL, Python, and APIs for data processing.
• Familiar with data governance, privacy regulations.
• Experience with agile project management.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end CJA analytics implementation across desktop, mobile web, and app experiences with third-party teams.
• Define tagging strategy, data layer requirements, and analytics governance for new features and releases.
• Manage product releases, enhancements, and Web SDK migrations.
• Provide guidance to CJA and Adobe Target users on new features to increase adoption.
• Oversee UI customizations aligned with analytics reporting requirements.
• Own the product roadmap and strategy for Adobe Target personalization initiatives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize Target initiatives and guide business objectives.
• Promote machine learning and AI capabilities to enable personalized customer experiences.
