Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, information systems, technology, supply chain or marketing.
• 5+ years supporting business, operations, technology, or related initiatives.
• Experience in Agile delivery environments and applying project management principles.
• Deep technical proficiency bridging business objectives and tech-enabled solutions.
• Expertise in SQL and data manipulation, analysis and reporting.
• Knowledge of trade promotion processes, TPM experience preferred.
• Strong communication and collaboration across multi-functional teams.
• Excellent prioritization and ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced settings.

Responsibilities

• Engage with business customers to translate promotional strategies into prioritized delivery initiatives.
• Collaborate with business, sales, operations, and technical groups to understand objectives and user needs.
• Convert business requirements into clear user stories, delivery plans, and work items for delivery teams.
• Support delivery and continuous improvement of systems, data, and processes enabling promotional execution and tracking.
• Align trade program delivery with technology capabilities and business objectives.
• Coordinate across customer delivery and enterprise technology teams for successful execution.
• Analyze data and processes to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement.
• Drive Agile delivery practices to enhance execution and customer engagement.
