Job summary

Merkle, a leader in transforming customer experiences, seeks an Alliance Partner Manager to drive Adobe-based opportunities and growth in the US market. You will originate, qualify, and close enterprise deals while aligning with Merkle and Adobe teams to deliver joint solutions.

You will collaborate with Adobe partner sales, manage executive relationships, and help shape solution development across Experience Concierge and Modern CRM, with a strong focus on pipeline, revenue, and strategic

Qualifications

7+ years of alliance management or related field.
5+ years of experience selling or supporting digital, marketing, consulting, customer experience, or technology solutions.
Experience working with Adobe products or the broader Adobe partner ecosystem.
Strong ability to develop and maintain relationships with senior leaders and executive stakeholders.
Experience managing pipelines and forecasting revenue in CRM platforms such as Salesforce.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with Industry owners and drive sales initiatives with Adobe partner teams.
Act as a subject matter expert with Adobe to support new sales at existing clients and new logos.
Train and support Adobe Partner Sales Managers who match partner opportunities with service provider partners.
Execute duties aligned with Merkle's sales plan for partner and Merkle-influenced revenue.
Deliver the joint narrative between Merkle and Adobe with solution owners.
Lead alliance enablement including go-to-market activities and deal-registration.
