Vasona Creek Healthcare Center in Los Gatos, CA seeks a friendly Admissions Assistant to be the welcoming face for new residents, families, and partner hospitals. You will work with the Admissions Director to ensure a smooth intake and transition into care.

In this full-time role, you will coordinate scheduling, verify benefits, conduct facility tours, and maintain compliant records while collaborating with nursing, social services, and admin teams.

• Experience in healthcare admissions or skilled nursing is preferred.
• Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and health insurance verification processes.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
• Strong organization, confidentiality, and attention to detail.

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic, compassionate, and detail-oriented Admissions Assistant to join our team full-time. In this role, you will be the welcoming face and voice of our facility, serving as a critical point of contact for new residents, their families, and hospital partners. Qualifications & Requirements

• Skills: Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
• Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems.
• Traits: Strong organizational habits, sharp attention to detail, and a high level of confidentiality.
