Qualifications

• 2–4 years of related experience in long-term care or skilled nursing.
• Understanding of healthcare reimbursement programs.
• Valid driver’s license with clean DMV record; insurable.

• Knowledge of nursing practices, terminology, laws and guidelines in long-term care.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Business Development to attract suitable admissions.
• Conduct tours and pre-admission interviews with prospective residents and families.
• Review inquiries and complete information sheets for team review.
• Assess admissions for suitability with Administrator, Director of Nursing and Business Office Manager.
