Job summary

Trilogy Health Services, a senior living provider, seeks a Sales Associate to support the Director of Sales with handling inquiries, tours, data management, and referral-based admissions. The role emphasizes contributing to census growth and customer engagement on a campus level.

The position collaborates with CSR and the Executive Director to meet daily/weekly/monthly targets, utilizing the CRM system and a professional, courteous approach to all prospective residents and families.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED/HSE preferred.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Executes sales process and the conversion to move-in percentages resulting in overall census with a focus on private pay.
• Generates admissions through referral partnerships and advancing the inquiry sales process through follow-up and closing to achieve daily/weekly/monthly expectations in partnership with CSR and Executive Director; uses CRM with at least 10 call outs per day.
• Responds to referrals and inquiries promptly with appropriate follow-up; participates with leadership to handle inquiries/referrals and CRM management.
• Supports welcoming new customer standards and communicates move-in activities to campus team (gift, mailings, paperwork).
• Assists with planning, coordinating, and executing campus events including Senior Executive Club and community events.
• Ensures campus is tour-ready with marketing collateral, model room, tour stations; participates in conducting tours.
• Answers multi-line phone system promptly and directs callers to the appropriate person or department.
