Job summary

Trilogy Health Services, LLC is seeking a Sales Associate to support the Director of Sales on the campus Sales & Growth Team. Primary duties include answering phones, assisting with tours, managing data and leads, and handling customer inquiries.

Responsibilities cover driving move-ins, maintaining CRM, coordinating referrals, and supporting campus events to achieve census targets and high-level customer service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED/HSE required or preferred.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Executes sales process and converts inquiries into move-ins with focus on private pay.
• Generates admissions through referrals and inquiry follow-up to meet daily/weekly/monthly targets.
• Responds promptly to referrals and inquiries; manages CRM and data entry.
• Supports campus welcoming processes for new move-ins and communications.
• Plans and assists with campus events and tours; ensures tour readiness and materials.
