Qualifications

• Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills and ability to establish rapport.
• Ability to prioritize responsibilities, manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain detail.
• Basic computer skills including Word and Excel and confidentiality awareness.
• Knowledge of confidentiality laws related to mental health and substance use disorders.
• Experience with background screenings and licensure/document checks is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Create a welcoming admissions experience by building rapport and delivering exceptional customer service.
• Guide prospective clients through screenings and document referral information.
• Complete admissions in databases, including face sheets, releases of information, and residency documents.
• Coordinate with Care Managers to verify insurance information and transitions into services.
• Collaborate with Billing to ensure admissions and transfers are processed timely.
