ABC is seeking a Clinic Admissions Associate to serve as the first point of contact for families beginning ABA therapy. You will guide them through the admissions process with empathy, provide informed support, and help ensure a confident start to care.

This role focuses on building meaningful relationships, delivering excellent first impressions, and expanding access to life‑changing autism services for children and families. A strong, caring team culture is part of daily work.

Qualificações

• 1–2 years experience in administrative work, customer service, client relations, or related areas.
• Passion for work that benefits children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and their families.
• Eagerness to be part of a caring and team‑oriented company culture.
• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Handle day‑to‑day administrative functions for busy clinics: document management and internal/external communication with referral sources.
• Support inbound calls from prospective and current clients/families.
• Become a subject matter expert on autism to help others understand how we help children and families.
• Assist with marketing and admissions tasks to support operations and leadership.
• Uphold core values (Learning, Team, Excellence, Caring, Fun) and model the culture for teammates.
