Action Behavior Centers in Parker, CO is hiring a Clinic Admissions Associate. You will be the first point of contact for families entering ABA therapy, guiding them through the admissions process with empathy and care.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years experience in administrative work, customer service, client relations, or related areas.
• Positive attitude and readiness to engage with families.
• Passion for helping children with Autism Spectrum Disorder.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the day-to-day administrative functions for our busy clinics such as document management, keeping track of people and things, and internal and external communication with referral sources.
• Provide great support to inbound calls from prospective and current clients/families.
• Become a subject matter expert on autism to help others understand how we help children and families.
• Handle various marketing and admissions tasks to support the work of operations manager and clinical leadership.
• Embody ABC's core values (Learning, Team, Excellence, Caring, and Fun!) and be a cultural role model for teammates.
