Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a Call Center Representative to screen inquiries about program admissions and to conduct initial telephonic screening of potential clients. The role includes gathering information, mailing information packets, and arranging tours for prospective clients and families.

The position requires high school education, 1 year of sales/admissions experience, and familiarity with CRM/EMR systems, with strong knowledge of addictions, confidentiality, and emergency procedures.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of sales experience or admissions preferred.
• Familiarity with CRM and EMR systems.
• Knowledge of health insurance carriers & benefits.
• Knowledge of addictions and the 12-Step Recovery Program.
• Ability to interact with a multi-disciplinary team.
• Knowledge of emergency procedures, First Aid and CPR.
• Knowledge of confidentiality, client rights and ethics.
• Familiarity with relevant laws regulating treatment.

Responsibilities

• Screen initial telephone inquiries to determine admission eligibility.
• Conduct face-to-face admission screening and report to the clinical team.
• Provide information to clients and families to aid decision-making about treatment and admissions.
• Complete admission documents ensuring clients understand rights and releases.
• Offer tours for prospective clients and their families and arrange outside medical records as needed.
• Protect client privacy in accordance with policies and laws.
• Represent the program professionally to referrals and external contacts.
