Job summary

The Admissions RN at Chapters Health System assesses patients in their residence or hospital settings and initiates care within our service lines. You will act as a liaison to Care Navigation and represent the organization professionally at all times.

We seek a nurse with active RN licensure in Florida, with 1 year of nursing experience, EMR familiarity, and strong communication skills. BLS certification preferred; valid driver's license required for mobile duties.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in Florida where employed.
• Minimum 1 year nursing experience; hospice or hospital preferred.
• Experience with EMR/EHR systems.
• Strong clinical assessment skills; ED or ICU background preferred.
• English proficiency; bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
• Valid driver''s license and auto insurance per policy.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and handle stress.
• Ability to lift/move patients and equipment; physical tasks required.
• BLS certification from AHA or Red Cross.
