Job summary

Unitek Learning is seeking an Admissions Representative for Nursing & Allied Health programs at our campus. You will handle inquiries, conduct interviews, and guide prospective students toward enrollment.

Responsibilities include high-volume outbound calling, presenting program options, and documenting activity in Nexus/CampusVue. A Bachelor's degree and strong communication skills are required to succeed in this role.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years customer service, telemarketing or sales experience (including admissions).
• Demonstrated ability to fulfill Company Key Behaviors.
• Excellent presentation skills.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, Outlook.
• Ability to work assigned/flexible hours necessary to complete the job weekly.

• Make 100-150 outbound daily phone calls to assess interest, build rapport, and schedule admissions interviews.
• Conduct consultative in-person or virtual interviews presenting program options and outcomes.
• Follow up with interested prospects to answer questions and collect admissions documents.
• Accurately document all student contacts and admissions activity in Nexus/CampusVue.

Position: Admissions Representative - Nursing & Allied Health

What you'll do:

Organized and detail-oriented with experience using CRM or student information systems (experience with Nexus or CampusVue a plus).

Previous admissions, enrollment, healthcare recruiting, or higher-education sales experience preferred.
