Job summary

Unitek College is seeking an Admissions Representative for Nursing & Allied Health programs to guide prospective students from inquiry to enrollment. The role involves high-volume outbound calls, conducting interviews, and presenting program pathways with a consultative sales approach.

You will document all interactions in Nexus/CampusVue, work Mon-Fri, and contribute to a mission-driven campus community focused on training the next generation of healthcare professionals.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ customer service, telemarketing, or sales experience.
• Excellent presentation skills.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, Outlook

Help Future Nurses Find Their Purpose - Healthcare needs you! The schedule is Monday-Friday 9a-6pm or 10a-7pm.

Position: Admissions Representative — Nursing & Allied Health Programs

What you’ll do:

Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries from prospective students who’ve expressed interest in Unitek programs.

Make 100–150 outbound daily phone calls to assess interest, build rapport, and schedule admissions interviews.

Conduct consultative in-person or virtual interviews that present program options, career pathways, and educational outcomes.

Follow up with interested prospects to answer questions, remove barriers, and collect required admissions documents.

Accurately document all student contacts and admissions activity in Nexus/CampusVue.

Who you are:

Empathetic, mission-driven communicator who believes education changes lives and strengthens healthcare.

Comfortable with high-volume outbound outreach and professional follow-up.

Strong consultative sales approach — you listen, advise, and guide prospects toward the best path.

Organized and detail-oriented with experience using CRM or student information systems (experience with Nexus or CampusVue a plus).

Previous admissions, enrollment, healthcare recruiting, or higher-education sales experience preferred.
