Job summary

Unitek College is seeking an Admissions Representative for Nursing & Allied Health to help prospective students explore programs and move toward enrollment. The role emphasizes high-volume outbound outreach and consultative interviewing to match candidates with suitable pathways.

You will document all interactions in the campus SIS, participate in campus-wide enrollment processes, and contribute to filling local healthcare training needs through proactive recruitment.

Qualifications

• Two (2) years: minimum of customer service, telemarketing, or sales required.
• Demonstrated ability to fulfill Company Key Behaviors.
• Excellent presentation skills.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, Outlook.
• Ability to work assigned/flexible hours necessary to complete the job on a weekly basis

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries from prospective students who’ve expressed interest in Unitek programs.
• Make 100–150 outbound daily phone calls to assess interest, build rapport, and schedule admissions interviews.
• Conduct consultative in-person or virtual interviews that present program options, career pathways, and educational outcomes.
• Follow up with interested prospects to answer questions, remove barriers, and collect required admissions documents.
• Accurately document all student contacts and admissions activity in Nexus/CampusVue.

What you’ll do:

Organized and detail-oriented with experience using CRM or student information systems (experience with Nexus or CampusVue a plus).

Previous admissions, enrollment, healthcare recruiting, or higher-education sales experience preferred.
