Job summary

Unitek College in Tucson, AZ is seeking an Admissions Representative for Nursing & Allied Health to drive enrollment. Schedule is 9a-6pm or 10a-7pm with a hybrid model: 1 day remote and 4 days in person.

You will respond to inquiries, conduct interviews, and guide prospects through program options and career paths, documenting all activities in Nexus/CampusVue. A sales-oriented, empathetic communicator is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years customer service, telemarketing or sales experience (including admissions)
• Demonstrated ability to fulfill Company Key Behaviors
• Excellent presentation skills
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, Outlook
• Ability to work assigned/flexible hours necessary to complete the job on a weekly basis

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries from prospective students who’ve expressed interest in Unitek programs.
• Make 100–150 outbound daily phone calls to assess interest, build rapport, and schedule admissions interviews.
• Conduct consultative in-person or virtual interviews that present program options, career pathways, and educational outcomes.
• Follow up with interested prospects to answer questions, remove barriers, and collect required admissions documents.
• Accurately document all student contacts and admissions activity in Nexus/CampusVue.

Strong consultative sales approach — you listen, advise, and guide prospects toward the best path.

Organized and detail-oriented with experience using CRM or student information systems (experience with Nexus or CampusVue a plus).

Previous admissions, enrollment, healthcare recruiting, or higher-education sales experience preferred.
