Navajo Technical College seeks a seasoned professional to lead the Admissions and Registration department, stewarding student records, transcripts, and graduation workflows, and ensuring timely service to students.

This role oversees international student processing under SEVIS, maintains FERPA compliance, develops department plans and budgets, and guides staff through hiring, training, and evaluations to support campus operations.

Competenze

• Five years work experience in registration, admissions and records.
• Three years in a management or supervisory capacity.
• Knowledge of FERPA and confidentiality of student records.
• Knowledge of SEVIS policy and procedures.

• Plan and manage the admissions, registration and records functions.
• Oversee transcript evaluations and graduation processes.
• Ensure FERPA compliance and privacy of student records.
• Develop and administer annual department budgets.
