Tennessee Board of Regents seeks a Director of Admissions and Records to provide strategic leadership for admissions, registration, and academic records while ensuring compliance with FERPA and related regulations. You will oversee document management, reporting, and audit readiness, guiding staff to deliver accurate and student-centered services.

Competenze

Bachelor’s degree required.
Four years of progressively responsible experience in higher education admissions, registration, academic records, or related enrollment-services function.
Preference for Master’s degree and experience with Ellucian Banner Student system.

Mansioni

Provide strategic and operational leadership for Admissions and Records operations.
Ensure FERPA compliance and protection of student records, privacy, and policy interpretation.
Oversee transcripts, degree-audit, and record-management processes with data integrity and audit readiness.
Collaborate with Academic Affairs, Financial Aid, IT, and other partners on enrollment processes and system implementations.
Manage budget, staffing, training, and performance of staff; develop service standards.
