Job summary

Express Employment Professionals in Mesa, AZ is seeking an Admissions Call Center Representative with no experience required. You will make outbound calls to prospective students who previously showed interest, guided by provided scripts, and learn rebuttals.

This temp-to-hire role offers training, a starting pay of $18.00/hour, and potential to advance to $20.00/hour once hired permanently. You’ll work Monday–Friday during 7:00 AM–7:00 PM, with performance reviews and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Previous sales or call center experience is welcome but not required.

Responsibilities

• Make a high volume of outbound calls each day
• Contact people who previously applied or expressed interest in attending school
• Follow provided scripts and talking points
• Ask questions to determine the student's current interest
• Learn to handle objections using rebuttals
• Keep conversations moving and transfer interested students to Admissions
• Work toward daily calls, conversations, and transfers
• Take coaching and feedback to improve performance
• Bring positive energy to each call
