Job summary

Express Employment Professionals is seeking an Inside Sales Representative / Call Center Representative in Mesa, AZ. This onsite role blends inbound support with high-volume outbound sales, requiring confident communication and data accuracy. Temp-to-hire with growth potential.

Starting at $18.00/hour, with a $20.00/hour rate upon permanent hire, and performance reviews every 90 days after conversion. Availability Monday–Friday between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in call center, inside sales, or customer service preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable working in a high-volume call environment.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer inquiries professionally and efficiently.
• Make 200+ outbound calls daily to warm leads and prospective customers.
• Enter data accurately into CRM and document interactions.
• Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance goals.
