Responsibilities include engaging leads, providing program information, maintaining calendars, and accurate lead tracking within the CRM system. The position is on-site in Mesa, AZ with a full-time schedule.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years in call center, administrative, or customer service roles.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with a patient, customer-focused approach.
• Equivalent combination of training, education, or experience will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and place outbound calls to engage prospective students and families.
• Provide accurate information on programs, policies, and admissions; reschedule appointments as needed.
• Maintain campus admissions calendars and input new leads into the CRM system; track interactions.
