Qualifications

At least 2 years of sales or customer service experience.
An Associate’s degree in a related area is preferred.

Responsibilities

Make outbound and inbound calls, texts, and emails; respond promptly to inquiries.
Provide information to prospective students and schedule campus visits.
Lead campus tours, facilitate registrations, and assist with enrollments.
Follow up with new students to support their transition.
Collaborate with team and maintain strong presentation skills.
Deliver energy and enthusiasm in a coaching environment.
Handle interruptions and work independently with strong prioritization.
