Responsibilities

• Answering inbound calls from people seeking treatment and guide them through the process.
• Discuss client financial responsibility and draft payment agreements with guarantor.
• Explain insurance benefits to clients/families clearly.
• Explain services offered and provide resources to clients/families.
• Maintain relationships with outside medical facilities for smooth transfer of patients.
• Complete pre-screen assessments and relay information to the Director of Admissions.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned.
