Aliya Health Group is seeking an Admissions Coordinator to join our nationwide network of treatment centers. This full-time role handles inbound calls, assesses eligibility, explains insurance and financing, and guides families from first contact to admission with empathy and a client-centered approach.

You will interact with clients, guarantors, and medical partners, maintaining accuracy and efficiency in a high-demand call center environment. Reports to the Director of Admissions.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and qualify potential clients and guarantors.
• Explain insurance benefits and financing options for admission.
• Guide clients through admissions process from first contact to enrollment.
• Maintain relationships with external medical facilities for smooth transfers.
• Complete pre-screen assessments and relay to Director of Admissions for eligibility.
