Job summary

Arista Recovery is seeking an Admissions Coordinator to screen clients for admission across our nationwide treatment programs. You will collaborate with multiple departments to obtain billing and Utilization Review information after admission and help ensure smooth transitions for clients.

The role requires at least two years in an addiction treatment admissions setting, strong customer relations skills, and proficiency with CRM and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years in addiction treatment admissions role experience.
• Demonstrated call center, office, and/or records management skills.
• General Business English: spelling, grammar, punctuation.

Responsibilities

• Screen clients by comparing eligibility to admission criteria and refer when appropriate.
• Admit clients by completing admission and financial responsibility forms and coordinating services.
• Collect and verify applicant information and medical records; explain admission criteria.
