Responsibilities

• Respond to all incoming calls, emails, and digital inquiries.
• Conduct phone assessments to determine eligibility for admission.
• Verify insurance benefits and confirm financial eligibility.
• Accurate data entry within EMR/CRM systems.
• Coordinate scheduling and intake logistics.
