This full-time role emphasizes using our CRM and Banner systems to provide proactive, student-centered support and improve retention across the CCC campus network.

Qualifications

• Experience advising students through admissions and registration processes.
• Ability to interpret residency classifications and enrollment policies.
• Familiarity with college CRM and student information systems.

Responsibilities

• Advise prospective and admitted students through the admissions process.
• Utilize CRM and Banner to support onboarding and registration.
• Represent CCC at recruitment events and campus visits.
• Provide program information and guidance aligned with enrollment goals.
