Job summary

Arch Health & Rehab Center in Columbus, OH seeks an Admissions/Marketing professional to manage customer flow, admissions, and the community marketing program. You will drive referrals from hospitals, physicians, and facilities while ensuring payer satisfaction and strong census growth.

You will coordinate tours, verify insurance and pre-certifications, and deliver outstanding service to patients, families, and referral sources.

Qualifications

• Cultivate and maintain professional relationships in local health care markets.
• Generate referrals by building relationships with hospitals, physicians, facilities.
• Coordinate tours, admissions, insurance verifications and pre-certifications.
• Community outreach activities such as health fairs and caregiver groups.
• Regular marketing calls/visits to referral sources to increase referrals and admissions.
• Facilitate admissions decisions and ensure a positive admission experience.
• Provide extraordinary customer service to external and internal customers.
• Minimum of three years’ experience in a healthcare setting.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Nursing license preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Guide the marketing program to ensure strong customer, referral, and payer satisfaction.
