Job summary

Bellbrook Health and Rehab is seeking an Admissions and Marketing Director to lead a focused sales strategy aimed at increasing census and occupancy while ensuring compliance with applicable regulations.

You will build strong relationships with referral sources such as hospitals, physicians, and senior services, coordinate events, and report weekly results to the Administrator in a collaborative, compassionate environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or nursing license in-state required or preferred.
• Three years of census development and occupancy management experience.
• Knowledge of long-term care laws, regulations and guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Plans, develops, organizes, and implements an external sales strategy to achieve census goals and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Builds and maintains relationships with referral sources such as hospitals, physicians, senior centers, home health agencies, hospice, etc.
• Provides clear information about services and offerings of the facility.
• Identifies opportunities with new referral partners and submits monthly activity calendar to supervisor.
• Documents weekly calendar execution and reports results to the Administrator.
• Develops sales strategies to convert referrals to admissions status.
• Schedules events with referral partners and reports results to the Administrator.
• Maintains geographic territory and pursues additional partnerships.
• Communicates strategy with the Administrator on a regular basis.
• Keeps an up-to-date listing of referral partners and assignments.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
