You will build relationships with hospitals, physicians, and senior care facilities to maximize census and profitability while ensuring an exceptional patient experience.

Responsibilities include coordinating tours, pre-certifications, and insurance verifications, while delivering outstanding customer service to external and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in healthcare marketing/admissions or related field.
• Strong ability to generate referrals and manage hospital/facility relationships.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and customer service skills.
