Job summary

The Refrigeration School-Atlanta Campus is seeking an Admissions Manager to collaborate with the Director of Admissions to achieve enrollment targets through a dedicated team of admissions representatives. You will implement recruitment strategies, manage resources, and provide ongoing coaching to drive enrollment and revenue.

You will oversee all admissions phases, assist in developing campus-wide recruitment plans, organize events like orientations and open houses, and supervise staff,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from four-year college or university in related field.
• minimum two years of Admissions or related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Directly supervises employees in the Admissions Department and carries out supervisory responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Work with the Director of Admissions to administer admissions standards to achieve targets through a team of admissions representatives.
• Participate in the implementation of student recruitment strategies and the management of resources to meet performance expectations.
• Provide on-going coaching and motivation of admissions representatives to achieve objectives and drive revenue and profit growth.
• Handle all phases of the admissions process and generate prospective student enrollments.
• Assist in the development and execution of short-term and long-term student recruitment strategies at the Campus level.
• Organize orientation seminars, open houses, and student award days.
• Oversee supervisory responsibilities including planning, assigning, directing work, performance appraisal, and disciplining employees.
• Ensure compliance with attendance requirements including semi-annual graduation.
