Concorde Career Colleges is seeking an Admissions Representative in Atlanta, GA. The role focuses on recruiting and enrolling qualified students, providing detailed program information, and guiding applicants through the admissions process.

You will conduct campus tours, respond to inquiries, and collaborate with financial aid and student services to support student success, while upholding ethical recruitment standards and professional conduct.

Formación

• HS Diploma or GED required with five years' related field experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, marketing or related field preferred.
• Five years of admissions representative experience preferred.
• One year in customer service or sales preferred.
• Three years in online higher education experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct outreach, interviews, and follow-ups with prospective/enrolled students.
• Provide accurate program details, career opportunities, and enrollment requirements.
• Maintain professionalism and strong customer service in all interactions.
• Manage inquiries, schedule appointments, and track applicant progress.
• Utilize authorized marketing materials and adhere to ethical recruitment standards.
• Navigate admissions systems to support enrollment processes effectively.
• Conduct campus tours and informational sessions.
• Assist prospective students with the admissions process and concerns.
• Meet or exceed admissions activity, start expectations, retention, and graduation targets.
• Submit and maintain accurate admissions records and documentation.
• Comply with all policies regarding admissions and recruitment.
• Attend orientations, graduations, and admissions meetings.
• Collaborate with financial aid, academics, and student services to support student success.
• Other duties as assigned.

Conocimientos

Strong organizational skills

Educación

HS Diploma or GED

Bachelor’s degree in business/finance/marketing or related field

Minimum five (5) years of Admissions Representative experience

Minimum one (1) year of customer service and/or sales experience

Online higher education experience (3+ years)
