StrataTech Education Group seeks an Admissions Leader in Atlanta to guide a team of admissions representatives, implement recruitment strategies, and drive enrollment growth. The role involves overseeing all admissions phases, coaching staff, and coordinating campus-level strategies and events to meet performance targets.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree with at least two years in admissions or related experience, and proven supervisory skills, with a focus on results,

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree from four-year college or university in related field and minimum two years of Admissions or related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Direct supervision of staff within Admissions; adherence to policies and applicable laws.
• Organize orientation seminars, open houses, and student award days.
• Provide on-going coaching to admissions representatives to meet objectives and drive enrollment growth.

Responsabilidades

• Administer admissions standards to achieve targets through a team of admissions representatives.
• Participate in student recruitment strategies and manage resources to meet performance expectations.
• Handle all phases of the admissions process and generate prospective student enrollments.
• Develop and execute short- and long-term recruitment strategies at the campus level.
• Lead supervision: planning, assigning, directing work, evaluating performance, and addressing employee issues.
• Attend semi-annual graduation as required.
