Job summary

Savannah Technical College seeks an Associate Director for Admissions to lead the Admissions Department and manage recruitment, processing, and student services. You will supervise staff, ensure compliance, and drive enrollment strategies to support institutional goals.

The role requires collaboration across Academic Affairs, Financial Aid, Marketing, and Student Services to enhance the applicant experience and maintain regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's degree and three years of progressively responsible experience in student services or related areas.
• Demonstrated leadership and supervisory experience within a college setting.
• Knowledge of admissions policies, enrollment management, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and evaluate Admissions staff and coordinators.
• Oversee admissions processing, testing, residency verification, and transcript evaluation.
• Develop recruitment and outreach initiatives to support enrollment goals.
• Collaborate with campus departments to improve student services and enrollment trends.
