Qualifications

• 2+ years in behavioral health admissions or high-volume consultative sales
• Experience managing a pipeline with follow-up
• Track record of achieving conversion goals and KPIs
• Experience with Salesforce or another CRM
• Strong phone presence and communication

Responsibilities

• Serve as first contact for prospective clients and partners
• Build trust and navigate treatment options
• Conduct pre-assessments to gather information
• Verify insurance benefits and explain coverage
• Own admissions pipeline from inquiry to admission
• Use Salesforce to manage leads and follow-ups
• Collaborate with clinical and operations teams
• Participate in after-hours support rotation
• Maintain accurate documentation
