Foundations Behavioral Health in Doylestown, PA is seeking a full-time Admissions Coordinator to join our Intake team. You will perform telephonic and in-person risk assessments and crisis interventions for individuals seeking psychiatric help, and coordinate referrals and admissions.

The role involves initial contact with referral sources and potential patients, and collaboration with insurance companies and outpatient providers to determine the appropriate level of care.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in counseling, social work, or psychology is required.
• Prior intake, assessment, admission, and crisis intervention experience with a mental health population is preferred.
• Two years’ experience with child/adolescent mental health clients and families preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide telephonic and in-person risk assessments and crisis intervention.
• Serve as initial contact with referral sources and potential patients.
