Responsibilities include coordinating with the Admissions Manager, maintaining client confidentiality, and providing on-call support to ensure timely admissions and follow-up on non-converted cases.

Qualifications

• Candidates must have strong customer service experience and be able to explain admissions processes clearly.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple departments and maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates the admissions process for new clients.
• Collaborates with Admissions Manager to determine eligibility.
• Ensures clients not eligible for admission are referred to appropriate centers.
• Screen clients according to company criteria and accept or reject accordingly.
• Coordinate referral and intake with staff across Medical, Clinical, and Operations.
