Job summary

Victory Bay Recovery Center is seeking an Admissions Specialist in Marlton, NJ to triage and evaluate clients for admission. You will coordinate with medical and clinical teams, determine eligibility, and refer non-eligible clients to partner centers.

Strong communication and organizational skills are essential. The role requires 2–4 years in healthcare, a high school diploma or equivalent, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and EHR systems.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
• 2–4 years in healthcare setting, with customer service, operations, staffing, and teamwork experience preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and EHR systems is required.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates the admissions process for new clients.
• Determines financial/clinical eligibility for incoming admissions.
• Referred ineligible clients to partnering treatment centers.
• Screens clients according to company criteria and accepts/rejects accordingly.
• Coordinates with Medical, Clinical, and Operations departments to facilitate admissions.
• Maintains communication with referral sources, families, patients, and staff.
