• Hands-on use of AI tools in client-facing workflows (prep, outreach, summaries, follow-ups).
• Experience leading in-person tours/meetings for high-net-worth clients or executives.

Responsibilities

• Generate your own qualified family demand through preschool, feeder-school relationships, partnerships, and local events.
• Own every stage of the process: inquiry, needs assessment, campus tour, shadow day, enrollment decision, onboarding.
• Lead tours and information sessions defending an AI-powered learning model to skeptical parents.
• Manage 7+ active family relationships with tracked status in HubSpot and our SIS.
• Weekly pipeline reporting and continuous improvement of the local admissions playbook.
