Qualifikationen

• 3+ years in premium client-facing roles with $25K+ per client or $2K+ per month.
• End-to-end ownership of an enrollment journey: application, needs assessment, offer, decision, onboarding.
• At least 12 months owning enrollment or revenue targets with proven results.
• 7+ concurrent client/family relationships tracked in a CRM or database.
• Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Aufgaben

• Generate own qualified family demand through preschool/f feeder-school relationships, partnerships, events.
• Own every stage of the process: inquiry, needs assessment, campus tour, enrollment decision, onboarding.
• Lead tours, open houses, and information sessions for high-net-worth families.
• Maintain 7+ active relationships with tracked status and next actions in CRM and SIS.
• Weekly pipeline health reporting and evolving the local admissions playbook.
