Qualifications

3+ years in premium client-facing roles with buyers at $25K+ per client or $2K+ per month.
Ownership of an end-to-end enrollment journey: application to onboarding.
12+ months owning enrollment or revenue targets with results to explain.
7+ concurrent client/family relationships tracked in a CRM or database.

Responsibilities

Generate own qualified family demand via preschool and feeder‑school relationships, partnerships, referrals, events.
Own every stage: inquiry, needs assessment, tour, shadow day, decision, onboarding.
Lead tours, open houses, and info sessions defending the AI‑powered learning model to skeptical parents.
Maintain relationships and provide weekly pipeline health reporting; improve local admissions playbook.
