You will conduct patient services rounds within the first 24 hours to gauge satisfaction and communicate needs to center leadership, supporting a positive patient experience.

The role requires mobility across health centers in the assigned territory and close collaboration with the Transition Advisor and care teams to deliver

Responsibilities

• Oversee all admissions from pre-admission to discharge, including admissions contracts, PASARRs and CHIRPs.
• Perform customer service rounds within 24 hours of admission to ensure patient satisfaction and report to leadership.
• Collaborate with Transition Advisor and center team to ensure seamless admissions and communicate patient needs and room readiness.
• Must mobilize between centers within assigned coverage territory.
