Job summary

Infinity Healthcare Consulting is seeking an Admissions Concierge to oversee admissions across health centers from pre-admission to discharge, including contracts and required assessments. You will conduct first-24 hour rounds to ensure patient satisfaction and report findings to center leadership.

You will collaborate with the Transition Advisor and health center team to create a seamless admissions experience, clearly communicating patient needs and room readiness.

Responsibilities

• Oversee admissions from pre-admission to discharge, including admissions contracts, PASARRs and CHIRPs.
• Perform customer service rounds within the first 24 hours of patient stay to ensure satisfaction and report findings to center leadership.
• Collaborate with the Transition Advisor and health center team to create a seamless admissions experience by communicating patient needs and room readiness.
• Must be able to mobilize from center to center within assigned coverage territory.
