Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Outreach and document successful and unsuccessful attempts within 24 hours.
• Schedule intake and orientation appointments for new members.
• Educate potential members on available services.
• Complete enrollment paperwork accurately ensuring payer compliance.
• Maintain contact with clinical team members as needed during admissions.
• Use Outlook for emails and calendar; communicate via Microsoft Teams.
• Provide consistent, friendly customer service in all interactions.
