Centura College in Norfolk, VA is seeking an Admissions Representative to help prospective students explore programs and enroll. You will manage high-volume calls, emails, and campus visits to guide applicants through the enrollment process.

The role emphasizes relationship-building, goal-oriented performance, and accurate CRM documentation. Rotating Saturdays are required; compensation is up to $30 per hour based on experience.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required; associate degree or higher preferred.
• Previous experience in sales, admissions, customer service, or related field with success meeting goals.
• One or more years of admissions experience in a postsecondary environment preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication, relationship-building, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage a high volume of outreach while maintaining attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems; able to learn new platforms.

Responsabilidades

• Engage with prospective students via high-volume inbound/outbound calls, emails, and in-person or virtual meetings.
• Conduct admissions interviews to understand career goals and educational needs.
• Guide applicants through admissions and enrollment, including applications and required documents.
• Achieve performance goals related to outreach, appointment setting, and enrollment.
• Maintain consistent follow-up to answer questions and support enrollment decisions.
• Document student interactions and progress in the CRM or student information system.
• Collaborate with campus leadership and departments to provide a positive student experience.
• Represent Centura College at campus events, open houses, and community outreach.
