You will conduct outreach, review applications, and guide applicants through the admissions process, ensuring adherence to policies and high standards of service.

Ideal candidates have a High School Diploma or GED and strong communication skills, with experience in sales or customer service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Strong multitasking and time management abilities for a fast-paced environment.
• Results-oriented with proven sales or customer service experience.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Outlook; willingness to learn new software.
• Availability to work evenings and weekends as needed.

Responsabilités

• Evaluate and enroll qualified prospective students for academic programs.
• Conduct outreach via calls, emails, and meetings to promote enrollment.
• Achieve high start rates by meeting enrollment targets and personal production.
• Collaborate with other departments and participate in recruitment events.
